Tanto para la elaboracin del vermut rojo como para el vermut blanco, se selecciona una cuidada base vnica elaborada a partir de vinos gallegos. Tras darle 14 semanas de barrica de roble al vino, se maceran de forma individual una seleccin de botnicos, algunos genricos del vermut en combinacin con hierbas aromticas locales.
